Job Title: Employee Relations Specialist

Summary:
The Employee Relations Specialist supports BIGO Jordan’s HR operations by managing employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, and fostering a positive, fair, and engaging workplace culture. The role involves handling employee grievances, conducting investigations, advising managers on performance and conduct issues, and promoting consistent application of company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for employee relations and workplace issues.
- Conduct investigations into grievances, disciplinary cases, or conflicts.
- Advise managers on labor law compliance and employee management practices.
- Support performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes.
- Analyze ER trends and recommend actions to enhance engagement and retention.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee relations records.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in HR or Employee Relations, preferably in tech or multinational settings.
- Strong knowledge of Jordanian labor law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
