Summary:
The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing end-to-end hiring processes at BIGO Jordan, ensuring timely and high-quality talent acquisition to support business growth. This role involves sourcing, screening, and selecting top candidates, building talent pipelines, and enhancing the employer brand to attract exceptional talent in the tech and digital media space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles across functions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and workforce needs.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other creative channels.
- Conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate communications.
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing activities.
- Maintain recruitment data and metrics for reporting and process improvement.
- Ensure all recruitment practices align with company policies and local labor laws.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced or tech environment.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, ATS systems, and interview techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
