Job Description:
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the healthcare facility to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality service delivery. This role includes managing staff performance, optimizing operational processes, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and improving patient satisfaction through effective coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operational activities across departments (reception, nursing, administration, etc.).
• Develop, implement, and monitor policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance with healthcare standards.
• Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations to maintain high productivity and morale.
• Coordinate with medical and administrative teams to enhance patient experience and service quality.
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and resource allocation to optimize operational costs.
• Ensure compliance with local healthcare regulations, licensing, and accreditation standards.
• Analyze operational performance and prepare regular reports for senior management.

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably within a healthcare or clinical setting.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• In-depth understanding of healthcare operations, regulations, and quality standards.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with healthcare management systems (HIS/ERP).
