Designs Field Agency is looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager with 3+ years of experience to join our team. If you know how to turn ideas into impact, strategies into results, and content into engagement — this role is for you!
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute professional social media strategies and action plans
- Write promotional, catchy, and brand-aligned captions and taglines
- Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and Google Ads
- Analyze performance metrics, prepare reports, and optimize campaigns for best results
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
- Proven experience in strategy building, copywriting, and ad management
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, audience behavior, and trends
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into insights
- Excellent English writing and communication skills
- Creative thinker with strong organizational and time management skills
