The King Hussein Cancer Foundation (KHCF) is seeking to hire for the Position “Head of Operations Unit” at Cancer Care Insurance.
The Head of Operations Unit is responsible for provides strategic leadership and comprehensive oversight for the operational functions of the Cancer Care Insurance (CCI), Government Cancer Care Insurance (GCCI), and patient coverage and treatment operations. This role is accountable for operational excellence, financial sustainability, and regulatory compliance, while leading digital transformation and ensuring that beneficiaries receive timely, equitable, and transparent access to coverage and treatment services.
The position also plays a key role in strengthening partnerships with healthcare providers, government entities, and KHCC, and in advancing KHCF’s mission to provide accessible, high-quality cancer care insurance solutions.
By optimizing workflows, digitizing operations, and enhancing data-driven decision-making, the Head of Operations ensures that KHCF’s insurance programs deliver reliable, transparent, and accessible services. This role is central to sustaining member trust, improving operational efficiency, and strengthening the scalability and sustainability of KHCF’s cancer insurance initiatives.
Minimum education requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations/Process Management, Health Management, Economics, or a related field.
Years of experience required: 15 years of experience in operations management within health insurance, social protection, or healthcare program delivery.
