We’re Hiring | Sales Executive

Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
At Designs Field Agency, we’re looking for a driven Sales Executive to join our growing team.
Your main mission will be to seek out new business opportunities, expand our client base, and build strong connections through proactive outreach — including calls, meetings, and consistent follow-ups — to introduce our creative and marketing services to potential clients.
Your Responsibilities- Identify and approach potential clients across various industries.
- Present and pitch our creative services (branding, marketing, social media, production, etc.).
- Develop and maintain long-term business relationships.
- Collaborate with the creative and account management teams to prepare proposals and close deals.
- Track and report sales performance using CRM tools.
Requirements- 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management (preferably in marketing or creative agencies).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Confident, self-motivated, and goal-oriented personality.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and branding concepts is a big plus.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
