Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Junior Developer to join our R&D team supporting the development and testing of telecom software and digital solutions. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or junior developers passionate about telecom technology and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in designing and developing telecom-related software tools and systems
- Write, test, and maintain clean, efficient code under supervision
- Support integration of telecom protocols and system components
- Participate in prototype development and feature testing
- Monitor software performance and suggest improvements
- Assist in automation of internal processes and workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to digitize workflows
- Contribute to product lifecycle from design through deployment
- Maintain system documentation and assist in user guidelines
- Follow coding standards and ensure software quality and security
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field
- 0–2 years of experience in software development or telecom technology
- Basic programming skills in Python, C++, or JavaScript
- Familiarity with software testing, debugging, and version control
- Knowledge of telecom concepts or networking protocols is a plus (e.g., CCNA, Network+)
- Detail-oriented with a passion for learning and innovation
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
