Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Operations Manager located in Amman, Jordan. The Senior Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of multiple pharmacy locations, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, manage staff, and optimize operational efficiency. Key tasks include inventory management, coordinating with suppliers, implementing process improvements, and providing strategic leadership to achieve business goals. The role requires close collaboration with various departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service.
