About the Role:
We are looking for a Performance development supervisor to lead the development of team capabilities, business skills, Functional trainings for medical team with the alignment with HRBP, Analyze and share team KPIs monthly performance reports, ensuring high-quality HCPs interactions, while also managing data analysis to support business decisions. This role is pivotal in enhancing HCPs satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Also, ensures the implementation of detailing activities relating to Infant Nutrition products to the medical professionals in the most effective and efficient way possible in full compliance with the WHO Code/ the National Code as well as local national laws and rulings in this regard, through his/her team of Medical Delegates. Analyze Nutrition business performance and share reports to managements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in related field.
- Knowledge of medical, nutrition, FMCG or similar industry dynamics and customer expectations.
- Experience in managing data and data analysis projects.
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in tools such as Excel, CRM systems, or business intelligence software.
- Good in spoken and written English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, analyze, and deliver accurate monthly and yearly performance, sales, and KPI reports; maintain dashboards (CRM/Power BI) and ensure data accuracy, timeliness, and quality.
- Provide data-driven insights to support commercial, medical, and marketing decisions, including forecasting, brand performance, market opportunities, and external data analysis.
- Lead and monitor operational efficiency projects, develop SOPs to enhance collaboration between medical, marketing, and sales teams, and improve processes, cost-efficiency, and performance.
- Oversee and coach medical representatives, ensure fair territory distribution, support recruitment and evaluation, and drive effectiveness of field force operations as per KPIs.
- Ensure adherence to WHO and local marketing codes, maintain stakeholder relationships (KOLs, HCPs), and manage special projects aligned with business and compliance goals.
