Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Business Support Specialist with strong Chinese language skills to provide critical operational, administrative, and communication support to our sales and business teams. This role requires excellent multitasking, cross-cultural communication, and organizational abilities to ensure smooth daily operations and effective collaboration across regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to ensure the efficient functioning of sales and business processes.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal stakeholders in Arabic, English, and Chinese to support cross-border projects.
- Prepare, translate, and review business documents, reports, and correspondence across different languages.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, managing communications, and organizing events involving regional and international stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and data analysis, delivering insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects and timely delivery of key initiatives.
- Monitor ongoing tasks, track deadlines, and escalate issues to ensure timely resolution.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Fluency in Chinese (HSK4 level or above), with strong English communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks effectively, and support multiple stakeholders.
