Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales & Customer Service Agent on behalf of one of our clients. If you have a passion for sales and customer service, this is your chance to strengthen your talents and grow with us in an exciting and diversified setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to potential and existing customers.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to drive sales.
- Maintained strong product knowledge to communicate benefits to customers effectively.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Accurately record customer information and sales interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in communication, business or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in sales.
- Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking) at level B2 or higher.
- Must be comfortable speaking in front of the camera to create content.
- Ability to work alternating shifts (day and night), with night shifts between 5 PM and 3 AM.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Airline experience is a plus.
