Position Summary
We at Migrate are actively seeking qualified candidates for L1 Customer Service Agent (based in Jordan) for immediate hiring in Jordan on behalf of one of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle parcel-related customer complaints through online and outbound channels.
- Investigate delivery issues, coordinate with relevant teams, and provide claims or resolutions.
- Support project managers in resolving customer-related issues.
- Manage daily exception handling with professionalism and clear communication.
- Liaise with overseas providers and assist cross-functional teams when needed.
- Manage incidents and perform additional tasks assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
- Languages: Arabic & English bilingual (minimum B1 spoken English).
- Experience: 2+ years as a customer service agent; familiarity with online customer support and outbound calls.
- Industry Preference: Logistics, e-commerce, or outsourcing companies (e.g., J&T, SF Express, DJI, Xiaomi, Huawei, AJEX, iMile, Raha, Temu, Shein, Keeta, TikTok, Teleperformance, Concentrix).
- Nationality: Open, must comply with Jordanian labor regulations.
Work Conditions
- Flexible shift duties including weekends and holidays
- On-site work only (no work-from-home option)
