Position Summary
We at Migrate are actively seeking qualified candidates on behalf of one of our clients for Quality Evaluation Specialist role to ensure customer service excellence through systematic quality control, data analysis, and cross-departmental collaboration. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills and experience in quality auditing within logistics or service operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Quality Control Tasks
- Complete assigned QC tasks within required timelines.
- Produce QC reports, analyzing individual and recurring agent errors.
- Conduct special investigations on high-frequency errors and provide improvement recommendations.
- Build and maintain a feedback cycle: QC results → rectification → secondary QC.
- Perform regular reporting on key violations (Top 5 errors).
- On-Site Management and Support
- Support customer service operations through on-site management when needed.
- Report daily operational metrics, identify issues, and drive improvement actions.
Requirements
- Languages: Arabic & English.
- Experience: 2+ years as a quality control or training specialist; logistics experience is preferred.
- Nationality: Open, must comply with Jordanian labor regulations.
Skills
- Strong analytical and summarization skills; able to extract and optimize processes.
- Strong Excel proficiency with the ability to analyze data-driven insights.
- “No position boundaries” mindset | willing to support operations and on-site management when needed.
Work Conditions
- Flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
- On-site work only (no work-from-home option).
