About the RoleUKuni is expanding operations into Amman, Jordan 🇯🇴 and we’re currently seeking experienced professionals for a potential Back Office Operations Manager position.
This role will oversee the performance and coordination of our Admissions and Customer Service teams, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows across our international education operations.

Key Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day operations of back-office teams (admissions, customer service, and counseling).
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of student applications.
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics; report progress to management.
- Develop and implement process improvements across departments.
- Coordinate with IT, marketing, and senior management for smooth operations.
- Supervise data integrity across CRM and student management systems.
- Prepare periodic performance and efficiency reports.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of operational experience; 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and team management skills.
- Excellent communication in Arabic and English.
- Proficiency in Excel and CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
