We are seeking a Wholesale Manager to lead and grow brands sales in wholesale operations. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in wholesale distribution, strong leadership skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement wholesale sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Manage and expand relationships with wholesale partners, distributors, and key accounts.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability and market penetration.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the wholesale sales team to deliver outstanding performance.
- Collaborate with supply chain, marketing, and product teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide regular reporting and analysis on sales performance and market insights.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
- Minimum 8 years of experience in wholesale management, preferably in the home appliances sector or consumer electronics.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding wholesale sales targets.
- Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
- Solid understanding of wholesale distribution channels and market dynamics.
