Job Description:
Modulat, a luxury modular construction company in Amman, is seeking a professional and reliable Office Coordinator to support daily operations and client-related tasks. The ideal candidate will assist in gathering essential information, permits, and approvals for modular home projects across various locations. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong time management, and the ability to represent the company professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit government institutions, offices, and other locations to obtain necessary permits, approvals, and information for modular home projects.
Assist in coordinating and tracking tasks to ensure timely completion.
Communicate effectively with clients, sales staff, and government officials.
Present a professional appearance at all times, representing the luxury image of the company.
Provide general administrative support as required.
Required Qualifications:
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and proactively.
Valid driver’s license and access to a personal car.
Prior experience as a personal assistant, administrative assistant, or in a similar role is preferred.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum High School Diploma
Preferred Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or related fields.
A degree isn’t strictly necessary if they have strong experience in administration, client management, or working with government procedures.
Other Ideal Qualities:
Familiarity with government procedures in Amman (permits, approvals) is a plus.
Professional, presentable, and confident—especially since they may meet clients or officials.
Flexible, proactive, and able to multitask efficiently.
