Production Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily production operations and act as a liaison between production teams, management, and clients.
Develop and maintain production schedules, ensuring deadlines are met.
Track progress of ongoing projects and provide regular status updates.
Manage logistics related to production (equipment, materials, resources).
Support quality control processes and ensure standards are maintained.
Monitor budgets, track expenses, and assist in cost optimization.
Prepare and maintain production documentation (reports, schedules, trackers).
Resolve operational issues quickly and efficiently to avoid delays.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, logistics, marketing, sales).
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Media Production, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in production coordination, operations, or project management.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; knowledge of project management tools is a plus.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
