As a
Showroom Assistant – BMW Motorrad, you will be the first point of contact for customers entering the showroom. Your role is vital in creating a welcoming atmosphere, supporting the sales process, managing merchandising, and ensuring that every interaction reflects the BMW Motorrad brand image. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering premium customer experiences.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Greeting and assisting customers as they enter the showroom.
- Providing product information and guiding customers through motorcycles, accessories, and lifestyle items on display.
- Developing strong knowledge of BMW Motorrad products and their key features to confidently respond to customer inquiries.
- Managing merchandising elements, ensuring accurate display and organization of all accessories and lifestyle items.
- Monitoring stock levels and assisting with inventory control for accessories and showroom supplies.
- Supporting the sales team with lead management, documentation of inquiries, test drive requests, and service appointments.
- Maintaining showroom cleanliness, ensuring a well-organized and visually appealing environment that reflects the brand.
- Handling administrative tasks, such as updating customer records, managing showroom paperwork, and ensuring digital content screens are properly maintained.
- Responding to customer inquiries in person, by phone, or via email, and providing accurate and timely information.
- Assisting in event coordination and on-ground activations in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Setting up promotional materials and maintaining consistent brand presentation across all showroom touchpoints.
- Resolving customer concerns with professionalism and a customer-first mindset.
- Ensuring full adherence to company policies, procedures, and sales guidelines.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 0–2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in automotive, retail, or lifestyle sectors.
- Strong interest in the BMW Motorrad brand and motorcycle culture.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Basic knowledge of administrative processes and customer service protocols.
Comprehensive Knowledge of
- Fluent in English and Arabic – written and spoken.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Understanding of customer service standards and techniques.
- Familiarity with retail showroom operations and merchandising practices.
- Basic technical understanding of motorcycles and their features (a plus).
