Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Specialist at Al-Saudi Hospital located in Amman, Jordan. The Quality Specialist will be responsible for implementing and monitoring quality control processes , performing quality audits, ensuring compliance with quality assurance standards, and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement specially in nursing department. The role also involves effective communication with various departments to uphold and improve the hospital's quality standards.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Quality Control, Quality Auditing, and Quality Assurance
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Previous hospital experience with HCAC certification is plus
- Bachelor's degree in Nurse , Courses in Quality Management, or related field
