Role Overview
FutureTEC is seeking a Marketing Manager to establish and lead the company’s marketing function from the ground up. This role is ideal for a hands-on, strategic marketer who is comfortable building structure, defining priorities, and executing independently in a B2B technology and services environment.
As the first dedicated marketing professional, you will work closely with the CEO and senior leadership to translate business objectives into clear messaging, positioning, and practical marketing initiatives that support sales, partnerships, and regional growth.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop a practical marketing strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Define marketing priorities across regions (Kuwait, Jordan, Bahrain).
- Establish KPIs and reporting for marketing activities.
- Create annual and quarterly marketing plans within approved budgets.
Branding & Positioning
- Define and manage FutureTEC and JOUD brand positioning, messaging, and tone.
- Ensure consistency across corporate, service, and partner-related materials.
- Own brand guidelines and ensure adherence across all channels.
Content & Communication
- Lead creation of marketing content including:
- Corporate and BU presentations
- Sales enablement materials
- Case studies and success stories
- Website and LinkedIn content
- Draft and oversee executive-level communications, announcements, and posts.
- Manage external designers, agencies, and content partners as needed.
Sales & Partner Enablement
- Work closely with Sales, Presales, and Alliances teams to support go-to-market initiatives.
- Develop marketing assets to support account-based selling and strategic deals.
- Coordinate partner marketing activities with key technology vendors.
Events & Campaigns
- Plan and support regional events, conferences, vendor events, and internal initiatives (e.g., Sales Kickoff).
- Manage event messaging, materials, and coordination.
- Execute targeted, cost-effective campaigns (digital, partner-led, or event-driven).
Digital & Online Presence
- Own and manage the company’s digital presence (website, LinkedIn, social channels).
- Ensure content is professional, consistent, and aligned with brand positioning.
- Work with external vendors for website updates, SEO, or paid campaigns when required.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 6–10 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in IT, technology, or professional services.
- Proven experience building or restructuring a marketing function.
- Strong understanding of B2B and services-based marketing (not purely consumer or e-commerce).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a strong plus).
- Experience working with regional markets and multi-country stakeholders is an advantage.
