Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Control Officer to join our team at EnToneYo's Way. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Amman, Jordan. The QC Officer will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the quality of services and processes within the school to ensure they meet internal standards and regulatory requirements. The role involves conducting inspections, preparing reports, and collaborating with various departments to maintain and improve quality performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree industrial engineering or related fields.
- At least two years of practical experience in the field of quality or internal auditing (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced level of English language proficiency (essential requirement).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to follow up closely and adhere to deadlines.
