Sun Tours a leading travel agency in Jordan specializing in tailor-made luxury and corporate travel experiences, is looking for a passionate and motivated Customer Experience & Sales Coordinator to join our team.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional travel experiences.
- Assist clients with flight check-ins, boarding passes, and related travel documentation.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly with care and professionalism.
- Coordinate bookings for flights, hotels, and other travel arrangements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Follow up post-travel to ensure client loyalty and satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in travel or tourism.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Arabic & English.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of travel booking systems (GDS, online platforms) is a plus.
