We are looking forward to hire Arabic Speaking Governance Supervisor for our GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance) Department responsible for overseeing, monitoring, and ensuring the effective implementation of organizational policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks. This role ensures that governance practices are embedded across the organization, mitigating risks, and supporting transparency, accountability, and regulatory adherence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and enforce compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Review and update governance frameworks, policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
- Supervise the implementation of internal controls and risk management practices across departments.
- Conduct periodic audits and assessments to identify gaps, recommend improvements, and ensure corrective actions are applied.
- Provide guidance and training to staff on governance standards, ethical conduct, and policy compliance.
- Prepare and present governance reports to management, highlighting risks, compliance status, and improvement areas.
- Ensure alignment of organizational processes with corporate governance best practices and legal/regulatory obligations.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Law, Public Administration, or related field (master’s preferred).
- Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in governance, compliance, internal audit, or policy management.
- Strong understanding of corporate governance frameworks, compliance regulations, and risk management principles.
- Experience in monitoring and managing organizational policies and procedures.
