Job Summary:
The Site Manager will oversee daily site operations to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership in managing teams, coordinating with engineers and subcontractors, and enforcing compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and company policies.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
- Experience Required: Minimum 7–10 years in site management for large-scale construction/real estate projects.
- Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and quality control.
- Familiarity with local building codes, health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Proficiency in project management and construction software (Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD, MS Office).
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Strategic Duties
- Ensure alignment of site operations with project KPIs, timelines, and budgets.
- Provide leadership and direction to site teams to achieve project objectives.
- Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Technical Duties
- Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities.
- Review and implement project plans, drawings, and specifications.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, engineers, and consultants to maintain workflow.
- Monitor progress, prepare reports, and escalate delays or risks to management.
- Enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies.
- Resolve technical and operational issues during execution.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Support the Project Manager in ensuring timely delivery of the project.
- Mentor and guide site engineers, foremen, and staff.
