JPM develops and distributes a wide range of products including tablets, injectables, syrups, diagnostics, herbal-based medicines, and specialized drug delivery solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute end-to-end supply chain strategies encompassing procurement, inventory, logistics, and distribution, with a focus on ensuring smooth availability of pharmaceutical products.
- Build and manage relationships with local and international suppliers, negotiate contracts, and monitor supplier performance.
- Optimize inventory in alignment with market demands and regulatory requirements, including health authorities standards.
- Lead and mentor the supply chain team, fostering performance improvement and professional growth.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), identify bottlenecks, and drive corrective initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Sales, Finance) to align supply chain operations with business goals.
- Assess and mitigate supply chain risks to maintain operational continuity and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related discipline. A Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., CSCP or CPIM) are a plus.
- 10+ years of experience leading supply chain functions, preferably within pharmaceutical manufacturing or a comparable regulated environment.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Exceptional analytical thinking, negotiation capabilities, and communication skills.
- Proven experience in regulated settings and compliance management.
