We are looking for an experienced and motivated AV Technical Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical knowledge with proven sales skills to deliver innovative AV and automation solutions to our clients.
Duties & Responsibilities
•Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
•Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the AV and automation sector.
•Present and demonstrate technical solutions to clients effectively.
•Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve sales targets.
•Collaborate with marketing to develop sales materials and campaigns.
•Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
•Design complete solutions for Audio, Video, Automation Systems
•Prepare complete project documentation including BOQ, Specifications, Plans, Riser Diagrams, Shop Drawings, and As-Built Drawings.
•Prepare budgetary costs, quotations, and tender pricing.
•Follow up on ongoing projects to ensure successful delivery.
Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
•5–8 years of relevant experience in AV technical design and/or sales.
•Strong organizational and time management skills.
•Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
•Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new and changing technologies.
