Position Overview
The Sales Executive will play a critical role in acquiring and managing key clients across industries by offering customized transportation and freight services. You will be the face of TruKKer in Jordan, owning the complete sales cycle — from lead generation and pitching to deal closure and account management.
This role demands a hunter mindset, a consultative approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Development & Lead Generation
- Identify and qualify prospective B2B clients through cold calls, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of leads aligned with monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand client logistics requirements and challenges.
- Pitch TruKKer’s full range of trucking and freight services (FTL, LTL, Cross-border, Last-mile) with clear value propositions.
- Convert prospects into long-term customers through strategic consultative selling.
- Ensure high client satisfaction and repeat business by maintaining strong relationships.
Pricing, Quotation & Negotiation
- Work closely with the pricing and operations teams to generate tailored commercial proposals.
- Lead negotiations, manage terms, and close deals profitably while ensuring service delivery commitments are achievable.
Market Intelligence & Strategy Support
- Stay updated on local transport market trends, competitor offerings, and customer insights.
- Share on-ground feedback with leadership to refine pricing, product, and go-to-market strategy.
Reporting & CRM Management
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and contracts in the CRM system (e.g., Zoho/Salesforce).
- Provide weekly reports on pipeline progress, closed deals, and forecasted revenues.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Experience:
- 2–5 years of relevant sales experience in logistics, transport, or B2B services.
- Experience in Jordanian road freight or cross-border trucking is a strong advantage.
- Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and exceed sales targets.
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of freight costing.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in Arabic and English – both spoken and written.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a high-performance culture.
