Job Description:We’re on the hunt for a results-driven Social Media Accounts Manager to take full ownership of client accounts across Meta Business Suite (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and Twitter (X). You'll be the go-to expert for managing, optimizing, and scaling social media presences — from content planning to campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day operations of social media accounts (Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
- Plan and schedule content calendars in line with client objectives and brand guidelines.
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns for reach, engagement, and ROI.
- Manage Meta Business Suite, including Ad Manager, Pixels, and audience segmentation.
- Respond to messages, comments, and interactions across platforms.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and content writers to develop compelling creatives.
- Prepare monthly performance reports and suggest strategic improvements.
- Stay updated with platform changes, algorithm updates, and trends.
Requirements:- Proven experience managing Meta Business Suite and social platforms.
- Strong understanding of advertising KPIs, audience targeting, and performance analysis.
- Experience with LinkedIn Business Pages and campaign manager tools.
- Familiarity with Twitter (X) content and engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients/accounts simultaneously.
Bonus Points If You Have:- Experience working in an agency setting.
- Skills in Canva, Photoshop, or basic video editing tools.
- Familiarity with tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.
- Basic understanding of Google Analytics and UTM tracking.
