Our client is looking for a Development and Fundraising Officer who’s full of ideas, energy, and heart.
If you're someone who enjoys building meaningful relationships, thinking creatively, and isn’t afraid to set bold targets (and go after them!), this could be the perfect fit.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Coming up with smart, effective fundraising strategies that actually work, and bring results.
- Finding and reaching out to potential funders: whether it's big institutions, foundations, companies, or individuals who care.
- Building real, lasting relationships with donors, partners, and networks, we need someone who connects well with others and makes an impression.
- Working closely with the internal team to align fundraising with what’s happening on the ground.
- Staying on top of donor trends and thinking ahead, always looking for the next opportunity.
- Setting clear fundraising targets and making a real plan to meet them.
This Role Could Be Perfect for You If:
- 3–5 years (or more) of experience in fundraising, donor relations, partnerships, or even sales.
- A creative mindset, you love thinking outside the box and bringing new ideas to life.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to manage your time and tasks independently.
- Great communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality.
- Sales experience (or a sales mindset) is a big plus, because this role involves setting and reaching targets.
- Fluency in English is a must.
