Accountabilities and Key Roles:
- Contribute to the development and execution of related product roadmaps and backlog management.
- Drive enhancements for customer onboarding journeys and assist in reshaping digital touchpoints with a focus on customer-centricity and personalization.
- Own and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of assigned features and initiatives, including requirements gathering, documentation, test planning, execution, and post-implementation reviews.
- Collaborate closely with technology, design, operations, and business teams to refine and deliver platform capabilities.
- Act as a recognized expert in customer onboarding, KYC and account services, providing strategic input and domain-specific recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Conduct solution assessments, market research, and competitor benchmarking to enhance product development.
- Participate in the vendor evaluation and selection process and support the ongoing management of vendor relationships for the owned products and services
- Support ROI measurement and reporting efforts on digital features and capabilities for the owned products and services
- Provide mentorship and oversight to product analysts where applicable.
Job Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor Degree from a recognized university In Business, or any related fields. (PMP, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, CBAP) certification is a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in product analysis or Management, preferably within the banking or financial services sector with a Proven track record in managing product roadmaps and feature lifecycles.
Competencies:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in using product management tools and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Kanban.
- Ability to think strategically and translate business objectives into actionable product plans.
- Solid understanding of digital transformation concepts and trends within the financial services industry.
- Leadership skills with a proven track record of mentoring and guiding junior team members.
