Job description:
Job Purpose
To support the continuous improvement of HR operations by supporting in the evaluation of existing processes, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing targeted optimization initiatives. Executing improvement plans, supporting change and transition management, enabling process automation, and promoting the use of standardized tools and methodologies to enhance overall performance and service delivery.
Key Accountability Areas
Process Evaluation and Optimization:
- Support in conducting reviews of existing HR processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Apply both qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques to assess process effectiveness.
- Follow structured methodologies for process assessments, incorporating regular feedback from stakeholders to ensure ongoing relevance.
- Support in evaluating the impact of process enhancements through systematic performance tracking and reporting.
Continuous Improvement Planning and Execution:
- Support the design, implementation, and monitoring of HR initiatives to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.
- Assist in developing and maintaining the transition playbook for HR services.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication, engagement, and adoption of process changes.
Process Automation:
- Support in identifying automation opportunities and ensure alignment with HR requirements.
- Work closely with HR Managers, and IT to define implementation needs and support deployment of solutions.
Standards, Tools, and Systems:
- Apply systems develeopment tools and methodologies.
Role Accountability
HR Proficiency:
- Ability to obtain updated soft and technical skills related to the job.
Delivery:
- Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.
- Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.
- Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.
Problem-Solving:
- Solve any related problems arise and escalate any complex operational issues.
Quality:
- Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.
Business Process Improvements:
- Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible.
Compliance:
- Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions.
Health, Safety, and Environment:
- Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.
