About The Role
This is an advanced and independent role where you will drive the quality of documentation, process analysis, and improvement initiatives. You will
lead complex process mapping exercises, contribute directly to policy development, and support compliance readiness and workflow automation in collaboration with the Technology team.
What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Lead the mapping, analysis, and documentation of processes for complex business units.
- Contribute to the development and standardization of policies and procedures.
- Conduct detailed gap analyses and propose structured, practical improvement actions.
- Collaborate closely with the Tech team to design automation-ready workflows.
- Support compliance monitoring and operational follow-up after documentation rollout.
What We’re Looking For (Minimum Requirements)
- Experience: 1–5 years of experience in GRC, Business Analysis, Process Management, or Operational Excellence.
- Expertise: Solid understanding of governance frameworks, policy development, and operational control environments.
- Core Technical Skills:
- High proficiency in process documentation tools (Miro, Visio, Draw.io).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent English writing and documentation skills.
