What You’ll Be Doing:
• Understanding client needs and offering customized solutions that improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation and proposal development to closing and after sales follow-up.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Collaborating with the technical team to stay up to date on the latest solutions and innovations.
• Consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets through value-based, consultative selling.
What We’re Looking For:
• Around 5 years of proven sales experience in automation systems, engineering solutions, smart technologies, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of low-current systems, building management systems (BMS), or energy-saving technologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Tech-savvy, self-motivated, and confident in working independently.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms to clients.
