We’re recruiting on behalf of one of our clients, a leading company in the smart solutions and automation sector. They’re looking for an experienced Marketing & Social Media Specialist to take charge of their digital presence, manage marketing efforts, and support brand growth across various platforms.
📍 Location: Amman, Jordan
📋 Type: Full-time | In-office
🕘 Working Hours: Saturday to Thursday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage and grow social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content aligned with the brand’s voice.
- Create marketing campaigns, online promotions, and outreach initiatives.
- Write clear and compelling content for posts, website updates, and newsletters.
- Monitor performance metrics and suggest improvements.
- Coordinate with internal teams and designers to maintain a consistent brand identity.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing and social media management.
- Proven experience creating and executing digital marketing strategies.
- Skilled in content writing, campaign planning, and social media tools.
- Ability to manage multiple channels and maintain a consistent brand voice.
Nice to Have:
- Experience or interest in the automotive, engineering, or technical industries.
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe tools, or similar).
- Familiarity with website content updates (WordPress or similar platforms).
