We’re hiring a Senior Backend Developer on behalf of one of our clients based in Amman.
The ideal candidate is highly skilled in Python and Golang, with solid experience building scalable backend systems. You’ll contribute to a microservices-based architecture, develop APIs, and work with modern cloud platforms, databases, and distributed systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Build scalable backend services using Golang & Python
- Design microservices, APIs (REST/gRPC), and work with SQL/NoSQL
- Deploy on AWS/GCP/Azure using Docker & Kubernetes
- Use Kafka, RabbitMQ, SNS/SQS for event-driven systems
- Cloud-native performance and security best practices
- CI/CD, automated testing, and agile teamwork

Qualifications
- 7+ years of backend experience
- Strong in Python & Golang
- Good communication and teamwork
- Startup-friendly mindset
Nice to Have
- Experience with Java/.NET, Prometheus, Grafana, or shell scripting
