Blink by Capital Bank is looking for Customer Lifecycle Management Associate who will Cover all business-related matters across the customer’s life cycle from awareness, to acquisition, to engagement and retention.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage related promotions and campaigns.
- Lead and implement Loyalty Program to ensure customer retention, customer engagement, and customer experience.
- Provide innovative ideas to drive business and make sure customers’ needs, feedback, and suggestions are considered and addressed in line with the overall strategy.
- Collaborate with Marketing team in building brand awareness, sponsorships, booths, campaigns, materials, or any other related activities.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or any related field.
- Up to 4 of experience in retail banking business, product development, customer experience or any related field - preferably in the digital space.
