Key Roles & Responsibilities:
– Manage customer relationships by responding promptly to inquiries and addressing related matters within work policies and procedures.
– Conduct marketing visits to attract new clients and contribute to increasing the bank’s market share.
– Promote the bank’s services and products using cross-selling skills.
– Market direct facilities and attract funds and new accounts from diverse clients.
– Obtain the client’s signature on required form templates for the approval of solid waste accounts.
– Send these forms to relevant authorities to grant the branch necessary authorization when activating accounts.
– Receive and process client requests to open new accounts.
– Forward account opening requests to relevant departments.
– Follow up to ensure timely and accurate account activation.
– Provide customers with safe deposit box rental services.
– Handle customer requests for various financial products including:
– Prepare and submit credit studies for bank clients.
– Coordinate with the credit department to obtain necessary approvals.
– Review and assess customer requests for salary advances, ensuring all eligibility criteria are met.
– Analyze and review check issuance requests and make recommendations or decisions in coordination with authorized personnel.
– Issue direct payment cards through instant card printing systems.
– Process customer requests for certificates such as:
- Certificates of good conduct
- Letters of guarantee
- Other required certificates
– Enter requests into the system, follow up, and ensure delivery to the appropriate authority.
– Receive and process requests for updating client data (individuals and companies).
– Collect necessary documents.
– Send requests to relevant authorities to complete the data update.
– Handle account or unified number closure requests.
– Forward to the appropriate department to complete closure procedures.
– Renew temporary advances and carry forward related expenses in the payroll system.
– Prepare and monitor cash flow reports related to daily operations, focusing on IT-related expenditures.
– Monitor the collection of client deposits.
– Manage requests related to the collection process and postponement.
– Study statements of amounts due to identify payment defaults.
– Monitor clients’ payment behavior for loan processing and follow-up.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Practical Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of banking services and products.
- Familiarity with approved work instructions and procedures.
- Experience with cross-selling techniques and strategies.
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Professional Experience:
- Minimum of two years of experience in a related banking role
Skills:
- English language proficiency at an intermediate level (both writing and speaking).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in computer applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet browsing, and email clients.
