🌟 Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into user-centric solutions and clear specifications.
- Create process flows, business models, and documentation to support development.
- Participate in UAT and QA to ensure the final product meets requirements.
- Recommend data-driven improvements in efficiency and user satisfaction.
- Act as a liaison between business units, developers, and project managers.
- Maintain detailed documentation and present findings clearly to leadership.
✅ Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in a related field (retail experience preferred).
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, or Asana.
- Knowledge of SQL, API concepts, system integration, and UX principles.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.
- English & Arabic fluency.
🎓 Preferred
- Scrum certification (preferred, not mandatory).
