Key Accountabilities:
- Manages and organizes the academy agenda to support the organization’s activities and ensure alignment with overall goals.
- Be located at the reception area to log and organize access for staff, trainees, and visitors.
- Plans and organizes meetings and takes minutes when requested, ensuring action items are tracked and followed up.
- Follows up on related action plans for academy implementation with concerned parties and provides feedback to the manager.
- Prepares and coordinates any visits to the academy premises, ensuring smooth logistics and proper arrangements.
- Be responsive and helpful to any internal and external inquiries concerning the academy, providing timely and accurate information.
- Checks, coordinates, and follows up on the budget and logistics with the departments concerned to ensure proper allocation of resources.
- Ensures smooth arrival and integration of new recruits (staff or students), facilitating their orientation and providing necessary support.
- Ensure all equipment and stock needed for the academy's daily operations are available, functional, and maintained.
- Manages social media animation for the academy when required, ensuring active engagement and promotion of academy events and achievements.
- Prepares and delivers presentations and reports as requested by the academy manager, providing valuable insights aligned with business needs.
- Coordinates and manages academy events and meetings both on-site and at external locations, ensuring smooth execution and logistics.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or bachelor’s degree in information technology or English Language.
- 1-3 years experiences on similar position.
- Deep knowledge of executive administrative job.
- Good command of spoken and written English, Other languages are a plus.
- Native Arabic speaker.
- Computer skills, mastering MS office
- High confidentiality.
- Good appearance.
- Communication skills, high organization skills.
- Natural authority.
- Working under pressure and being on call.
