- Description: Qualifications &Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of marketing experience, preferably in home appliances or FMCG
sectors.
Strong analytical and planning skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics, and Power BI is a plus.
Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally under pressure. Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy Implementation
Support the execution of effective marketing plans to promote the company’s brands
and product categories.
Suggest innovative marketing ideas to boost brand engagement and visibility.
2. Market Research &Competitor Analysis
Conduct regular market research to understand consumer behavior, industry trends,
and product positioning.
Monitor and report on competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.
3. Campaign Management
Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms.
Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and present actionable reports.
4. Internal & External Coordination
Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with commercial goals.
Manage relationships with external vendors (e.g., suppliers ) to ensure timely delivery of
marketing materials.
5. Pricing &Stock-Based Offer Planning
Analyze stock levels and sales data to support the planning of tactical promotions and
pricing strategies. Develop promotional offers for slow-moving inventory and seasonal campaigns in
coordination with sales and inventory teams.
6. Market Monitoring & Insights
Continuously track market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor positioning.
Deliver data-driven insights to adjust marketing strategies and maintain competitive
advantage.
