Job Brief:
Driving the company growth by directly engaging residential customers door-to-door. the primary responsibility will be to sell Umniah's internet and GSM services and products, ensuring customer satisfaction and enhancing brand reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct door-to-door visits to potential customers to present and sell Umniah's internet packages and GSM products
- Clearly communicate the features, benefits, and pricing of various Umniah products and services
- Generate sales leads and convert prospects into active customers
- Accurately record customer data, sales transactions, and leads in the USALES system
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management
- Address customer questions, concerns, and objections professionally and effectively
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current promotions, packages, and industry trends
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences, market conditions, and competition
- Demonstrate flexibility to work evenings and weekends based on customer availability
Requirements
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus.
Level of Experience:
Basic Knowledge in a related field.
Technical Skills & Knowledge:
Essential:
- Good knowledge of Telecommunications industry
- Excellent knowledge of Umniah's products and services in terms of functionality, price, availability as well as Umniah's packages in terms of products included, price, availability, in addition to subscription terms and conditions
- Owning a car will be an advantage

- Ability to confidently approach and persuade potential customers
- Results-oriented with proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Self-motivated, flexible, and able to work independently
