Role Description
This is a limited contract on-site role for a strategy planning project for a Strategic Planning and HR Development professional who has good experience in the field.
The candidate is expected to have knowledge in the following areas:
- Strategic planning
- HR development
- Organizational excellence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in a related field
- HR Development and Strategic Planning skills
- Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Very good spoken and written English skills (B2+)
- Experience in organizational excellence is a must
- Has the ability to travel regionally or internationally as needed
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and monitoring of strategic plans and KPIs
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and insights for leadership decision-making
- Collaborate with stakeholders across various locations
- Advise which projects and initiatives align best with strategic goals
- Regularly evaluate how well the organization is meeting its goals
- Provide reports and briefings to executives about strategic
- Design, implement, and evaluate employee training and development programs
- Create career path frameworks, mentorship programs, and succession plans
- Work in initiatives to improve work culture and engagement
- Ensure that development programs meet legal and organizational policies
- Work closely with leadership, department heads, and external training providers
