The Bank of Jordan is on the lookout for an innovative and results-driven Executive Relationship Manager - Non-Bank Financial Institutions (NBFIs) to enhance our exceptional team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for fostering and managing relationships with non-bank financial institutions, providing them with tailored financial solutions designed to meet their unique needs.
Your role will combine strategic relationship management with exemplary client service, ensuring that our NBFI clients receive the high level of support and expertise necessary for their financial success. By leveraging your industry knowledge and insights, you will contribute to the continued growth and profitability of the Bank of Jordan.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive relationship management strategy for NBFIs across the group
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in insurance firms, MSBs, sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, and other NBFIs
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and promote the bank's full suite of products and services, including cash management, trade finance, and treasury,
- Act as the primary point of contact for all NBFI-related matters, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and service delivery
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Risk, Compliance, Treasury, and Product teams to structure and deliver customized solutions
- Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and risks
- Prepare and present relationship reviews, credit proposals, and strategic plans to senior management
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements across all jurisdictions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, ACAMS) are a plus
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in relationship management within the banking or financial services sector, with a strong focus on NBFIs
- Proven track record of managing complex institutional relationships and delivering financial solutions
- Deep understanding of the NBFI landscape, including regulatory frameworks, operational models, and risk profiles
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to work across geographies and manage relationships at a group level
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required
