Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for various departments and seniority levels.
Proactively identify and attract top talent using multiple sourcing strategies (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, recruitment agencies) to build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, define candidate profiles, and provide expert guidance throughout the recruitment process.
Organize and conduct interviews, ensuring a structured, fair, and professional process. Maintain a positive candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.
Track and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, etc.) to optimize hiring strategies and provide actionable insights to leadership.
Support the development and execution of employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice, both online and offline.
Ensure recruitment processes comply with local labor laws, company policies, and ethical hiring standards, maintaining accurate and confidential candidate records.
Stay updated with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment technologies. Continuously improve recruitment practices to attract and retain top talent in a competitive market.
