Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Surveillance Officer located in Amman, Jordan Office. Working as per US Time zone. The Surveillance Officer will be responsible for monitoring and supervising day-to-day activities, ensuring compliance with regulations, store operating standards and identifying any suspicious activities. Key tasks include analyzing footage, listening to audio, communicating findings, and ensuring a high level of operational security and efficiency. This role plays a critical part in safeguarding our operations by monitoring in-store activities, ensuring inventory accuracy, detecting policy violations, and supporting loss prevention efforts.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English Speaking & Report Writing skills
- Strong Analytical Skills and Report Writing skills
- Effective Communication skills in English
- Supervisory Skills and experience in overseeing operations
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in CCTV Monitoring, Loss & Prevention, Security Management, or a related field is preferred
