Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Community Manager at Tip n' Tag. The Community Manager will be responsible for engaging with the user community, moderating user-generated content, handling customer inquiries, and fostering a sense of belonging and connection among users in Amman, Jordan.
Qualifications
- Community Management, Social Media Management, and User Engagement skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in content moderation and community building
- Interest or Experience in Customer Service
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Fluency in Arabic and English languages
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
