Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager at Allotus Trading Co. located in Amman.
The store is a womenswear brand. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, implementing retail loss prevention measures, and maintaining store standards. The role also involves handling customer service issues, managing inventory, supervising the sales floor, and ensuring that the store meets its sales and profitability targets.
Qualifications
- Skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
- Excellent Communication skills
- Store Management experience
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention techniques
- Leadership and team management abilities
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Experience in a retail environment is a plus
- Fluent in English
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field
