Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Showroom Receptionist located in Amman. The Showroom Receptionist will be responsible for greeting customers, answering phone calls, performing clerical tasks, maintaining the reception area, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and creating a welcoming environment for all visitors.
Qualifications
- Experience in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
- Proficiency in Clerical Skills and basic administrative duties
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
- Proficiency in English and Arabic is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
