Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Amman. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.

- Training and Development expertise
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- HR compliance experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
- Experience in the education sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
