Job Title: Platform-Specific Specialist

Design, develop, and optimize solutions on specific digital platforms as part of Development and Optimization Services.
Implement and manage Professional Support Services (PS) ensuring enhanced performance of enterprise technology platforms.
Utilize Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR) technologies and digital best practices to modernize and innovate platform-specific applications.

Requirements

Minimum 3+ years of experience in Information and Communications Technology within a large organization.
Minimum 1+ year of hands-on experience working specifically in platform development, optimization, or related services.
Strong knowledge of project management practices and methodologies.
Professionally certified in a technical area relevant to platform development (e.g., platform administration, cloud services, CRM, ERP).
Solid understanding of digital trends and platform innovation.
Preferred Certifications: Agile Delivery (e.g., PMI-ACP, PSM).

Education

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant specialization (required).
Master’s degree in a related business or technical field (preferred).

Language Skills

Excellent command of written, spoken, and read English (required).
Arabic – Native (desirable).

Ability to manage and prioritize multiple development and optimization tasks.

Actively embraces innovation, new tools, and industry best practices to improve platform performance and user experience.
